<li>Pique o tomate, o pimentão e a outra cebola, em uma panela coloque um pouquinho de óleo ou azeite, o tomate e uma meia xícara de água, deixe cozinhar até desmanchar o tomate (pode ajudar a esmagar os tomates com um garfo)</li>
<li>Tire os tomates da penela, coloque em uma xícara, coloque mais óleo ou azeite na panela e frite a cebola, despeje o tomate refogado o pimentão o extrato de tomate e deixe refogar, acrescente um pouco de água, os caldos de galinha e o arisco, depois de cozinhar por uns 10 minutos coloque o frango desfiado, deixe secar bem o refogado</li>
<li>Em um pote misture o refogado de frango, o pepino, cenoura, salsa, cebolinha verde, misture bem e acrescente a maionese aos poucos, mexendo para não ficar com muita maionese, reserve um pouco da maionese paa decorar</li>
<li>Vai ficar tipo um salpicão, quem gosta pode colocar milho, ervilha, azeitona, uva passa, palmito etc, o que a criatividade permitir</li>
